I should have bought one of those new homes before the temple went in, man that really shot up the property value! Daybreak is a great place to live, I’d recommend it.

I love Costco! We drive quite a ways to the nearest Costco – would love to have one on the far west side of the valley!

It will be really interesting to see how the market will do now the tax incentives for buyers have been removed. I guess we will just have to wait a couple of months to see what happens.
