Davis County
Davis County saw its median home sales prices increased 5.76% in 2015, with a median sales price $240,064. The number of single family homes sold increased 11.55% and the median days on market (how fast a home sold) dropped over 40% to just 26 days.

In 2015 the median Utah County home sales price increased 9.03% to stand at $265,670. This was on the back of increasing home sales with the number of homes sold in the year increasing an impressive 15.48%. Median days on market dropped over 36% to 29 days.
